About Us

ABC Skills Power is an educational services company located in Brentwood Bay, British Columbia, Canada.  

 

The idea for the passing-thoughts website is drawn from personal experience gained while working through the process of sorting out dying and death wishes, and putting the necessary documents together for the benefit of family and the estate executor.

As resources for your own journey through the maze of dying and death, this website provides suggestions for links to a range of national and international government agencies, national health services, and well known non-governmental organizations and foundations that work in these spaces.  

 

The initial expectation was that sharing these resources would be a relatively straightforward exercise.  However, a critical eye is needed as there are differing legal requirements and processes affecting the circumstances of, and processes for, the nearly and dearly departed between and within countries, states, provinces and regions. 

 

This website is still on a journey of exploration and development. In particular, the examples of services, agencies and socio-cultural considerations in other countries needs to be expanded.
